When I am healed I am not healed alone. And I would bless my brothers, for I would be healed with them, as they are healed with me.

What Is Qigong?

The ancient teaching, Qigong (pronounced chee gong), is not merely a physical exercise routine. Although Qigong is the foundation of martial arts, it has various aspects which have been empowering  people for over seven thousand years.

This profound teaching has benefited the health of hundreds of millions in the Far East for centuries, along with changing lives physically, emotionlly and mentally.

‘Qi’ means energy and ‘Gong’ means work. This “energy work” method  helps people strengthen and increase awareness of the connection between mind and body.

By practicing Qigong, and cultivating your energy within, you can tap into your wisdom, healing energy, creativity, compassion, and all the gifts you already have. Qigong is a very powerful ancient method to help you live a happy and healthy life.

We are in the Universe and the Universe is in us.

The Universe and we are One.

This is the fundamental basis of Qigong and how I approach Qigong.

I am here to remind people that the energy of the Universe, the powerful life force, is within our body.  And this infinite force is available to heal and help us do all kinds of mighty works.

My work is assisting the removal of  blockages to this vital abundant life energy.  Everyone can open their hearts to heal and realign with True Self,  however most people don’t believe their ability.  I am here to guide you and remind, cultivate and  reconnect you with your healing energy, by trusting divine intuitive guidance.

I have so much gratitude for the opportunity to work with people all over the world and to be witness the many tears of joy from the benefits of Qigong.

It is truly my joy to work with those who are ready and committed  to transform their health.

Is Qigong Effective?

Yes, Qigong works.  Several universities and hospital  in China and in the U.S, have conducted research studies on the scientific aspects of Qigong in past few decades. Qigong is accepted in some medical settings in the U.S. as a complimentary program alongside allopathic treatments.

1. What is the relationship between Qigong and Tai-chi?

There are two main categories in the practice of Qigong, Soft Qigong, and Hard Qigong.

I teach Soft Qigong, which uses a Qi-energy to create balance within, cultivating gratitude and conscious awareness, which enhances our well being and connection to our spirituality. Tai-chi has these qualities within it also but historically was developed for martial arts training, thus is Hard Qigong.

2. Do you have any particular religious beliefs?

I do not ascribe to any particular religion but respect all masters. My belief is in the Oneness of all hearts.

3. Do I have to believe in Qigong for my health recovery?

Belief in Qigong is not neccessary, but you will find that you will develop trust in your innate healing energy within you.

My Story

I would briefly like to tell you how I came to be a Qigong Master.

I was an atheist until I had a near-death experience. This event,  a high-falling accident,  changed everything from that event forward. I now experience my connection to the inner dimension, a divine benevolent inner voice, which we can call God, Infinite Wisdom, Infinite Source, or whatever you wish.

I heard this Voice profoundly twice in my life.

The first time was when I had my near-death experience. “It would be great to be here forever  (on the other side) ” was the thought I had.  Then suddenly, The Voice said ” It’s not your time (to be here).”  As soon as I heard these words, I was back in my painful body.

The second time was at the end of Jan 2012,  I was critically ill with COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), my doctor told me that I had ” one foot already in a casket”.  That night, I heard the Voice in a hospital bed.  The Voice said “Go back to Qigong”.  I couldn’t understand what it meant by “Go back” because I never seriously practiced Qigong. I only dabbled on and off years before. The Voice was very clear. I felt that there was no choice but to follow the direction I received.   I then passionately sought out, found, learned, practiced, and have been teaching Qigong ever since.

Two and a half years after from my complete recovery, on Sep 29 2014, I was discovered as a Qigong master by an eminent Qigong Master who has taught over three hundred thousand students. The importance for me wasn’t the title, it’s the confirmation of the guided Voice I heard in the hospital bed.

My work, spiritual healing, and teaching continue to develop under the guidance of the Inner Voice.  I have since been told to share with others what i have learned with everyone.

This is now my mission….

Although everyone’s journey has its own challenges, I know the profound ancient teaching, Qigong helps remind us how powerful we are, and harmonizes us with all aspects of our lives.  I hope you try Qigong to discover your True Self .
